Life Point Community Church Staff
Rich Hurles, Pastor
Pastor Rich has been leading LifePoint Community Church as pastor for 19 years. As a visionary, he is passionate about impacting the Plymouth area with the hope found in Christ. "We´re in the people business, and we meet them where they are…helping and encouraging them as they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ." In his spare time, Pastor Rich enjoys camping and classic cars. And, there´s a good chance you may find him enjoying his "usual" at Skyline Chili!
Heather Braun, Family Ministries
Since 2002, Heather´s position at LifePoint has expanded beyond office personnel to an integral ministry team member. Her heart and passion for ministry overflows to everyone she is around. Her computer background gives her an opportunity to use creativity as a vital ministry tool. As she assists Pastor Rich, Rex, and many others, her touch of excellence is apparent in every department. Heather loves to workout and try new adventures, including zip lining!
Debbie Calame, Administrative Assistant
Debbie joined the LifePoint team in 2008. In addition to coordinating our Frontline Ministries, she is the "organizational guru" of the office, taking care of all secretarial responsibilities as well as assisting the treasurer with the finances. Along with husband, Jeff, she also leads our preschool ministry. Debbie loves staying healthy by walking daily, cuddling with Havanese "daughter" Zoe, and enjoys seasonal camping in Florida.
Rex Kilgore, Worship Leader
Rex just plain loves to sing! He has been leading worship at LifePoint for the past five years and truly has a heart for God. He is a hometown boy, born and raised in Plymouth, and he loves classic cars, especially Corvettes!
Chris & Heather Braun, High School Ministry
Chris & Heather are the youth leaders of LifePoint´s high school group. They are passionate about building relationships with teens, while equipping them to be "followers" of Christ. They understand the current culture in which we live and plan to do whatever it takes to reach our future generation. Chris and Heather both also lead COMPASS groups, oversee the monthly KidStuf (elementary-aged kids) virtue presentation, and organize and host the annual Valentine's Banquet. They look forward to starting a Married Couples ministry in the near future. When they´re not at LifePoint or Panera, they enjoy watching old seasons of "Survivor", convinced they'll be on the show someday.
